Use Body & Massage Oil Relaxing as it is or heat it up in a hot-water bath, to body temperature. Only heat the amount needed for each occasion. Leftover warm oil must be discarded. Massage the product into the skin, to stimulate blood circulation.
Mix your own massage oil:
Body & Massage Oil Relaxing can be used as a base if you wish to create your own massage oil, adding more essential oils of your choice. Since Lavender Oil is gentle enough to be used on the skin undiluted, you may even add more of it if you wish.
Bath oil:
For a softening and relaxing bath, add 5 ml of Body & Massage Oil Relaxing to the water.
