Use Body & Massage Oil Energy as it is or heat it up in a hot-water bath to body temperature. Only heat the amount needed for each occasion. Leftover warm oil must be discarded. Massage the product into the skin, to stimulate blood circulation.
Bath oil:
For a softening and invigorating bath, add 5 ml of Body & Massage Oil Energy to the water.
NB During pregnancy, Body & Massage Oil Energy must not be used daily.
