Use together with your choice of Body & Massage Oil. How to safely heat our Massage Stones 1. Hot Water Bath - Use a container of water, such as a hot stone heater, slow cooker, rice cooker, or bowl. - Heat the water to around 50–60 °C. - Place the stones in the water for 10–15 minutes. - Remove the stones using tongs or a towel and dry them thoroughly. - Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before use. 2. Electric Stone Heater - Place the stones in an electric hot stone heater. - Set the heater to 50–60 °C. - Allow the stones to heat for 15–20 minutes. - If possible, monitor the temperature with a thermometer. 3. Towel Warmer - Dampen a towel with hot water and wring out any excess. - Wrap the stones completely in the towel. - Place the towel in the towel warmer for about 15–20 minutes. - Check the temperature of the stones before use. - Wipe off any moisture if needed. - Without the towels, the heat may be uneven – feel free to experiment! Important! Do not heat the stones in a microwave or conventional oven. This may cause uneven heating, overheating or cracking.
